The Hatchmueller development team, with LCDC partnership funding, redeveloped a blighted building on Sherman Avenue into a Class A office building. This quality project helped to set the stage for additional quality development on this section of Sherman Avenue in downtown Coeur d'Alene. In November, 2003, LCDC agreed to aid with the establishment of project-related public improvements including: demolition and site remediation, street scaping and architectural upgrades.
