The Bettis development team, with LCDC partnership funding, constructed a two building, 16 unit condominium project on the corner of Indiana and 3rd , providing a higher density home ownership option two blocks from downtown Coeur d'Alene. In April, 2005, LCDC agreed to aid with the establishment of project-related public improvements including: building demolition, alley improvements, new sidewalks and street scaping.
