The architectural firm of Miller-Stauffer, with LCDC partnership funding, constructed an 18 story condominium / class A office / retail mix use building next to McEuen Park in downtown Coeur d'Alene. In February, 2007, LCDC agreed to enter into an owner participation agreement with the Miller-Stauffer development team to aid with the establishment of project-related public improvements including: site remediation, public-oriented water feature, and public right of way improvements (e.g. asphalt overlays, sidewalks, utility enhancements). www.millerstauffer.com
