The Riverstone development team, with LCDC partnership funding, is transforming a 74 acre former forest products mill site into a live, work and play mix-use development along the Spokane River. In December, 1999, LCDC entered into an owner participation agreement with the Riverstone development team to aid with the establishment of project-related public improvements including: Lakewood Drive entrance into Riverstone, Northwest Boulevard roadway improvements; Centennial Trail relocation and public open space. www.riverstonecda.com
