LCDC has partnered with White Water Creek (WWC) for public infrastructure improvements for the Riverstone West Family Apartments development. This project, like others that WWC has been involved in will target affordable living for this area's median income.
WIth this partnership LCDC and WWC will construct 50 affordable living units that will help address the city's affordable housing needs.
