The Kootenai Youth Recreation Organization (KYRO), a non-profit organization is in the process of building a permanent Indoor Ice Skating Rink that will open in the Fall of 2011.
LCDC will partner with KYRO to provide assistance in developing public access to the North Idaho Centennial Trail with ADA compliant ramp and parking. LCDC will also provide assistance with required public improvements required by the City of Coeur d'Alene.
